The Nudo-Lynd Story

I am a wood carver who has spent years in the restaurant industry. I’ve taken my love for food and combined it with my passion for woodworking to create unique and high quality kitchen tools. With inspiration from my Italian-American wife who makes handmade pasta every Sunday, I began crafting traditional and modern pasta tools that bring both functionality and artistry to the heart of the home. I try to incorporate found & discarded materials to respect the planet and to give new purpose to what others might consider waste. I strive to create items that will bring inspiration and joy to your kitchen for years to come.
